Teddy Pendergrass, the American music legend, sang in his hit, When Somebody Loves You Back: “It’s so good, loving somebody and somebody loves you back.” Reflecting this sentiment, Allen Ogba, a German-based entrepreneur, and his wife, Angella, marked 20 years of marriage by renewing their vows recently in Marbach, near Stuttgart.
Drawing on the message of Pendergrass’s song, the couple showcased the essence of loving and being loved in a celebration that drew guests from across Germany and beyond. Dr. Obi Onyeama, Pastor of the Assemblies of God Church in Ludwigsburg, officiated the ceremony, supported by other clergy.
