The Christian Life Church of God (CLCG) Esslingen held her regular Annual Thanksgiving service on Sunday 30th November 2025. It is usually an event to appreciate the goodness of God towards His people – the members of the church. The church observes this event towards the end of every year. In this edition, the event featured several sessions of praise and worship to God for taking care of members of the church, seeing them through the whole year, and also sustaining the church despite obvious numerous challenges. Members also gave personal testimonies to the goodness of God to them and their families at large. Many invitees were in attendance to grace the occasion, including Men of God from different churches and cities.
The sermon was delivered by the host pastor Rev. Benson Abraham, who took part of his readings from 1 Thessalonians 5:18. In his message, he enjoined Christians to form the habit of thanking God in all things. He noted that while it might be difficult to practice this injunction in times of difficulty, it can miraculously open closed doors and lead to unbelievable solutions to the challenges.
At the end of the occasion, all the people in attendance were treated to inspiring music and delicious food.
Christian Life Church of God is one of the African churches in the city of Esslingen. It was founded and is being headed by Rev. Benson Abraham. It is committed to leading people to Christ through the Word of God and practical Christian living.
