Holy Ghost & Thanksgiving Service at Bethel House of God Remseck

Bethel Church

Grace Kaiser, the presiding Pastor and members of the Bethel House of God in Remseck, Germany, recently hosted a two-day Holy Ghost and Thanksgiving Service at the church auditorium. The programme, with the theme’ Holy Spirit, our helper’ from the Bible book of John 14:18, featured Pastor Paul Imasuen and his wife, Sonia, of the Reutlingen-based Redeemed Intercessory Ministry (TRIM) and Prophet Morris as Guests.

Pastor Imaseun led a symposium on what the Holy Spirit of God can do with us on the commencing day. He taught the attendees that the Holy Spirit, apart from empowering believers and enabling them to bear fruit, also directs and strengthens their prayer lives.

On the second day, the Guest Pastor led members of the Church and guests through a prayer session and a sermon on Aligning with a Deity. Pastor Imaseun prayed, among other things, for an encounter with evidence of God’s power flowing. He enjoined lukewarm Believers to sit up because the world operates by spirit, and they demand sacrifice, which, sadly, many Believers don’t like making, even though God is not demanding too much. He went further to state that while negative spirits empower unbelievers, Believers encounter spiritual crises and are found wanting because they are weak.

Pastor Imasuen reminded everyone that deities are involved in worldly matters, and they demand allegiance. He reminded everyone that the devil, by nature, does not need to be offended by anybody before he strikes. Consequently, there should be no room for lukewarm attitudes or Believers toying with their Christian lives.

In conclusion, the Pastor, based on Psalms 71:4 and 74:20, prayed to God for deliverance and revival. He said believers should not be discouraged; instead, as Moses stood when others were falling, believers present at the service should strive to be the Moses of their time. Pastor Grace Kaiser rounded up the spiritually fulfilling event with words of blessing and appreciation.
