Marking a Milestone: Akwasi Nti’s First Remembrance Anniversary

Members of the Ghana community in Stuttgart and beyond, united in their love and respect for Mr Akwasi Nti, gathered at Bonhoeffer Kirche, Fasanenhof, Germany, to mark the first anniversary of his passing. The deceased’s surviving family organized the remembrance ceremony.

Reverend J.B Obeng of the Christ Mission Center delivered a powerful message in his opening sermon that resonated with the weight of the occasion. He urged the family and all present to consider the legacy they will leave behind. Drawing from the Bible book of Ecclesiastes Chapter 7, verse 2, the Reverend reminded us that our actions on earth are what truly matter.

The Late Akwasi Nti was born in 1961 in Kokofu Asamang in the Ashanti Region
of Ghana to the Late Opanin Kwadwo Anto family. In 1980, after completing his
studies at T.I. Ahmadiyya High School Kumasi, he ventured into international
trade, leaving a mark in the West African region. His business acumen,
leadership model and dedication brought prosperity to his family and created
opportunities for many in the area.

Remembered for his legacy of kindness, honesty, and a jovial nature that inspired and uplifted those around him, Mr Akwasi Nti positively impacted his children, his relatives, and many people outside his family circle with whom he came in contact. Mr Akwasi Nti’s marriage to Madam Zipporah Adwoa Konadu blessed him with six children: Nana Adomah, Akwasi Kobea, Frema, Afia Achiaa, Joseph, and Jennifer. As a community, we extend our heartfelt wishes for the family’s well-being.
